Note to the StVZO:
According to the road traffic regulations (StVZO) is basically only white light at the front of the vehicle, yellow flashing light to the side und red light behind and white reversing headlights. Lighted Whips is in principle not allowed, which is why there are no TÜV certification and E-mark for these lighting.
