Volumetric weight

Some parcels are very large in relation to their actual weight. In such cases, we charge according to the so-called volumetric weight, as is standard practice with parcel services.

Delivery time and restrictions

We usually deliver your order within 3–5 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). If a product has special delivery conditions or restrictions, we will indicate this directly in the product description.

Dear customers from Switzerland:

Unfortunately, we do not deliver directly to Switzerland. However, you can easily use a parcel shop at the border (see examples below).

There are also various service providers who specialize in deliveries to Switzerland.
