Frequently Asked Questions
How long does shipping take?
Delivery will be made within 5 working days at the latest (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays), starting from receipt of payment. For items with a longer delivery time, this is indicated in the product description.
Is there a minimum order value?
Yes, the minimum order value is €25 (Germany & Europe).
How much is the shipping cost?
Within Germany, the flat shipping rate is €6.00 incl. 19% VAT. For deliveries to Europe (excluding Norway, UK, and Switzerland), shipping costs vary depending on the country and weight. Please refer to our shipping cost table for details.
For freight shipments, i.e. very large or bulky items, the flat shipping rate can be up to €80.00 incl. 19% VAT.
Note: For particularly bulky shipments, the volumetric weight may be used to calculate the shipping costs.
Which payment methods do you offer?

Are all parts TÜV-certified and approved for road use?
Many parts are TÜV-certified and come with an EC approval or ABE. The exact approval information can be found in each product description.
Can I also order parts for off-road vehicles other than Jeep?
Yes, in addition to Jeep, we also offer spare and accessory parts for other off-road vehicles, such as Suzuki or Ford.
How can I find out if a part fits my vehicle?
On each product page, you will find an overview of the compatible models. If you have any questions, our technical support team will be happy to assist you.
Can I return items if they don’t fit?
Yes, returns are possible within 14 days under the right of withdrawal, provided the items are unopened and undamaged. For more information, please refer to our cancellation policy in the shop footer.
Can I have my order delivered directly to a workshop?
Yes, you can enter any delivery address, e.g. your workshop or an installation partner. However, self-collection is not possible, as we are an online mail-order business only.
Do you also ship abroad (e.g. Switzerland, UK, Norway)?
We ship throughout Europe – the available countries can be selected in the shop.
Switzerland: Direct delivery to Switzerland is currently not possible. However, you can use delivery addresses near the border, e.g. via MeinEinkauf.ch, Grenzpaket GmbH, or parcel shops in Constance and the surrounding area.
UK and Norway: At the moment, we do not offer delivery to these countries.
Do you offer discounts for workshops or dealers?
Yes, we offer attractive discounts for workshops and dealers. Feel free to contact us for an individual offer.
