Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts. On this page, you will find our withdrawal policy, the consequences of withdrawal and the sample withdrawal form.
Important note for business customers / entrepreneurs:
The statutory right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB). Entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 14 BGB who place an order in the course of their commercial or independent professional activity do not have a statutory right of withdrawal. Any return of goods ordered by entrepreneurs requires our prior express approval and is a voluntary goodwill service.

Important: The withdrawal notice must be sent to 4 Wheel Parts GmbH. The goods must be returned separately to our logistics and return address at EMO-LOG GmbH / 4 Wheel Parts in Münster.
1. Withdrawal Policy
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement, for example by letter or email, of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
2. Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal from this contract.
For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
3. Returning the Goods
You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract to our return address.

Please do not send goods to our head office in Ludwigsburg. Goods receipt and returns processing are handled by EMO-LOG in Münster.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods in a way that was not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Return note: Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. If possible, return the goods in the original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. However, using the original packaging is not a prerequisite for effectively exercising your right of withdrawal.

5. Practical Notes for Fast Processing
To help us assign and process your return as quickly as possible, please include a copy of the invoice, the order number or a short note with your name in the return shipment, if possible.
